Introduzione

What if nature could empower you to foster resilience, creativity, and wellbeing in young people? Natural Intelligence is an immersive Erasmus+ training course for youth workers who want to integrate nature-based approaches into their educational practice. Taking place in the beautiful setting of Villa Diana in Southern Italy, this 7-day residential experience will combine outdoor learning, creative expression, and peer exchange to strengthen your skills and inspire your work with youth.

• Dates: November 2–10, 2025

• Location: Villa Diana, Merine (Lecce), Italy

• Who can join? Youth workers, trainers, NGO leaders, and coaches aged 18+ from Romania, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Sweden, and Cyprus. A good level of English and strong motivation to learn and share are required.

Over the course of the training, 24 participants will explore experiential outdoor activities, ecopsychology frameworks, and land art workshops. The programme includes mentoring and coaching sessions, peer circles, deep listening practices, and guided Youthpass reflection. Participants will also engage in creative arts such as drawing, theatre, eco-sculpture, and storytelling, while co-designing new Erasmus+ projects with their peers.

Covered costs: Accommodation, vegetarian & vegan meals, and travel expenses are fully covered under Erasmus+ guidelines. Green travel is encouraged. All participants will receive a Youthpass certificate.
