Mindful Team Management

New Project submitted in Italy
Inspired and motivated by the training course, Kinga (Romania), Robert (Slovakia), Beren (Turkey), Izabella (Hungary) and Jesus ( EVS volunteer at Vulcanicamente) submitted a new project in Italy on 30th of April. This is their testimony of Izabella after submitting the project: "Deeears! A bit later but keeping you updated! The team of Kinga, Robert, Jesus, Beren and me, with the wonderful mentoring of Oana and the amazing help of Sara gave in our application on the 30th of April!!! Our project will be "Boost Yourself" and let's cross fingers that it gets approved! So much energy, collaboration, supportive teamwork were in our process. Many thanks for all your encouraging words, for the great support of Oana and Sara without who we could have not gone so far in so short time! and the motivated team who carried on till the last moment. I'm grateful and proud of us! We rocked it!!!!!!" |
Dissemination workshop in Hungary
The Hungarian team organized a dissemination activity in a school in April. It was a truly nice experience! ☺
Zsuzsa spoke to her students about Erasmus + and the possibilities, then presented to them the wheel of life, a self reflection tool learned during the training. Afterwards the students went out to the closeby park and were involved into the team building challenge "Moving stones". The students were really open for the methods and the facilitators also had a nice time watering the seeds planted during our training by organizing this dissemination activity.

Dissemination Workshop Italy - Testimony
"Hi peps! —Dissemination phase proceeding, mode on— 😁 Yesterday was a great day! We talked about non-formal education as an alternative and effective way to communicate and learn in our lives. We performed some energizers and activities of our training course, like “the bridge”. We also shared ideas about how such activities can actually affect the attitude of team members, team building itself as well as personal growth and development. Most of all, we had loads of fun! Here you have some shots. Hope this finds you super good. Keep in touch, connect and disseminate! " (Vulcanicamente) |
Dissemination workshop Lithuania - Testimony
Today we had team meeting at my work with THE BALL CHALLENGE included. At first, team managed to find out a way to pass the ball in 4.8s and then they improved and made it in 0.78s!!
Of course, there were only 8 people (not 20+ like us), but some rules were adjusted.
1. First person, who holds the ball, had to be the last too.
2. They couldn't pass the ball to person next to him.
Team members liked this activity very much and said that they recognized how it is important to work as a team and how they can improve their work knowing that it's a way to do it better. I assume we will include more activities like this in our weekly team meetings in the future.

Dissemination workshop Greece- Asimina's testimony
"Alongside organizing the TEDtalk about European mobility, I've been informing both my already existing Tedx team and the new-coming volunteers about our TC and other mobility opportunities out there. I've also used a lot of the energizers we did to break the ice, as well as the Abigail method (both with friends and the team) and we are planning to organize a moving stones exercise on our next volunteer training. " (Asimina)
